• The colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions, resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
• When placing an order, you must provide Kameli Boutique with accurate information to ensure the accuracy of your order. If the wrong address is entered, Kameli Boutique is not obliged to re-send your order at our own cost.
• ID may be required for larger orders (over $500 AUD) or orders that have been flagged by PayPal or Bank before shipment
• Please note we do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.
• We are not responsible for stolen/missing packages - please make sure you follow up with the tracking number provided on your end to receive the package on time. If your tracking information says the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, you must contact the courier within 24 hours in order to locate your package.
• We are unable to apply any credit note codes or discount codes to previous/placed orders.
• From 25.04.22 (AEST), the free express shipping for domestic orders will be $120 AUD and above.

- CURRENCY CONVERSIONS -

Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter and Kameli Boutique is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks or third-party payment option used.

The payment method you used determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current global rate.

Please note that we do not make any guarantees or promises about the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank. That is out of our control.

We are unable to cancel/ refund your orders for any postal delays. The timeframes we provided are not guaranteed as there may be possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES + TAXES -

The shipping fee is the courier fee we pay to transport the package to the destination. If your order is eligible for free express shipping, that does not mean the customs charges and taxes are free. 

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

If a customer rejects to pay these additional charges, the package will be abandoned by our courier and Kameli Boutique is not responsible for the handling of abandoned packages.

Customs authorities are required by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

Please contact your local customs office to find out what the customs and duty charges may be before placing your order.  

By placing your order from Kameli Boutique, you are responsible for the charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. 

- DELIVERY TIME -

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Please allow extra time for your orders to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods - We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience!

• a flat rate of $8.95 for Standard Shipping 3-5 business days

• a flat rate of $12.00 for Express Shipping 1-3 business days

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Depending on the designated country and shipping method, your order will be shipped either with Australia Post, UPS, or DHL.

Estimated delivery time is from the date the order was shipped, not necessarily the date of the order - We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. 

Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

• If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days (for Australian orders) and 30days (for international orders) of receiving your order for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund for sizing, fit or change of mind on returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

• We strictly do not refund for returns if you reject to pay taxes and duties - please refer to our shipping policy here: https://kameliboutique.com/pages/shipping-and-return-policy If you refuse to pay any duty & tax, your package will either be destroyed or sent back to us. Any duties, taxes and customs charges that were incurred on the package on both the original and return shipping, and the shipping fee incurred from both the original and return shipping will be subtracted from your merchandise store credit including your original shipping amount. 

• If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. The Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

Please note, any returns not following the correct returns process will be treated as a rejected return, these will not be sent back or reimbursed in accordance with our policy.

- CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS -

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind returns.

- AFTERPAY RETURNS -

If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments. 

- GIFT VOUCHERS -

Gift vouchers are non-refundable

- CONDITION OF RETURNS -

All product(s) must be returned : 

• Unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging
• Original condition
• With all original tags still attached 
• Without the smell of sweat, perfume, deodorant or washing powder
• Without make-up or tan marks 

What cannot be returned:

• Cosmetics, hair products, underwear, intimates, hosiery, earrings and necklaces
• All SALE items excluding full priced items purchased using discount codes
• Product(s) received without authorisation

If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.  

- EXCHANGES -

We are not currently offering exchanges - If you would like to order a different size / colour, return your items as soon as possible to purchase a different size/ any of our other products using your store credit. 

- FAULTY ITEMS -

If you have received the incorrect garment or faulty garments, please email us at customerservice@kameliboutique.com with the digital pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s. Please note, if you email us outside of this timeframe, we can't help you with your order.

Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. The customer must return the incorrect / faulty garment within 3 business days using the label provided. If the garment is returned outside of this timeframe, we can’t assist with your order. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, If you have a minor fault with a garment, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, replacement, or a store credit. When you have a major fault with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

- FINAL SALE ITEMS -

Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or final sale items (final sale items are marked in the description section). Please be mindful with your decision when purchasing final sale items as they cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange in any circumstances.

- COST OF RETURNS -

We offer pre-paid returns labels for selected countries via DHL - please note the pre-paid returns label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

AU RETURNS DELIVERY FEE - $10 AUD

For the customers from the rest of the world, you will need to visit your local post office to send the returns. 

 - ASSESSING THE RETURNS -

Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. This process takes between 3-9 business days from the date of receiving your returns.

Our boutique has Australian sizes - please convert your size to AU size when you place your order!
